It’s a rare event that I get to host company at our house but one of my resolutions this year was to make more of an effort. So a few weeks ago I hosted a purse party for Cathy, a rep from 31 and today I’m having a girlfriend and her family over for brunch – YUMMY!!
I’m putting together some mimosas and I found this recipe online last night that I thought I’d try. Looks pretty tasty, right? Jen is bringing a french toast casserole (straight to my heart with the sugar!) and the goodies for Bloody Mary’s. With a yummy array of fresh cut fruit from yours truly, some crackers & cheese, yogurt and lots of messy stuff for the kids to do it should be a pretty great time. I’m looking forward to it.
The hubby is getting ready to take the Moose to the park so I can finish cleaning up the house a bit and start cooking. Got lots to do so now it’s just a matter of deciding where to start. I’ll just a pick a place in a minute and get started. In the meantime, check out the card case that I finished last week. I have it posted on Etsy and will hopefully get around to updating my website later today. That’s the plan anyway . . . doesn’t mean I’ll actually do it.
